  1. Note: the figures for this paper were drawn using MacDraw, which
  2. generates a PostScript that doesn't conform to the Encapsulated
  3. PostScript standard.  The result is
  4.         1. The figures don't get included correctly using "psfig".  Thus,
  5.            they must be printed separately from the paper, and cut/pasted
  6.            in place.
  7.     2. To print the figures, they must be pre-pended with the
  8.        appropriate MacDraw postscript dictionary.
  9.  
  10. Therefore, there are 3 options for viewing this paper:
  11.         1. Print the paper and the figures yourself (if you know how to do
  12.            the latter).
  13.         2. Print just the paper.
  14.         3. Send mail to Mike Schwartz, asking him for a hard copy of the
  15.        paper.
